The program coordinator works on the cross-curricular organization and coordination of the study programs architecture and urban design. They support the deans of studies, advises the education committees, and works in the field of communication at the IfA.

The examination board ensures that the provisions of the examination regulations are complied with. In particular, it is responsible for the organization of examinations, the recognition of study periods as well as study and examination achievements.

The special tasks officer is responsible for exhibitions, publications and competitions. As space officer, he is also responsible for spatial development planning, space issues of the architecture program, seminar room allocation, workplaces and presentation areas. He takes over the internet editing for the study program and the communication of current events.
